Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Puhor Business Partners (operated by Puhor Incorporation, proprietorship of Deepjyoti Barman) collects and why.
What we collect
- Partner details: name, mobile number, town/area, and login credentials.
- Order details: customer name, customer mobile number, notes, and customer documents (photos/PDFs such as Aadhaar, PAN, photos) uploaded for fulfillment.
- Payment references: transaction ids from our payment gateway. We never see or store card numbers, UPI PINs, or net-banking credentials.
- Usage data: basic technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare).
How we use it
- To fulfill the services ordered (including filing on government portals where required).
- To calculate and pay partner commission and keep order records as required by tax law.
- To contact partners and customers about their orders by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Sharing
We share customer documents only as needed for the ordered service: with government portals/authorities, and with vendors directly involved in fulfillment (for example, a print vendor for a printing order). We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Storage & security
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with access limited to the Puhor team. No method is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
Retention & your choices
Order records are retained as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Partners or customers may ask us to correct or delete their data (subject to legal retention needs) by contacting us.
