Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the Puhor Business Partners platform ("the platform"), operated by Puhor Incorporation ("Puhor", "we"), a sole proprietorship of Deepjyoti Barman, Nalapara, Guwahati, Assam 781040. By requesting access or placing an order, you ("the partner") accept these terms.
1. The program
Approved partners can book GST, tax, registration, document, printing, website and digital services for their customers at partner rates shown on the platform. Puhor performs the processing and fulfillment. Partners sell to their customers at their own prices.
2. Partner accounts
- Access is granted after Puhor verifies and approves a join request. Puhor may decline, suspend or block any partner at its discretion.
- Partners are responsible for their login credentials and for the accuracy of customer details and documents they upload.
- Partners must have the customer's consent to share their documents and information with Puhor.
3. Orders & payment
- Amounts payable for each order are the totals shown on the platform at the time of ordering. Rates may change; the rate at order time applies to that order.
- Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. Puhor does not store card or bank details.
- Government fees are charged at actuals. GST at 18% applies on service charges as shown in the rate chart.
- An order can be cancelled until Puhor starts processing it. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.
4. Commission
- Commission is 50% of the service charge (excluding GST and government fees) unless the rate chart states otherwise. For printing and goods, commission is 50% of profit, settled after completion.
- Commission is credited when Puhor starts processing the order (i.e. after payment is confirmed) and is paid out daily between 6 PM and 10 PM via UPI/bank transfer to the partner's registered details.
- Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn commission; already-paid commission on refunded orders may be adjusted from future payouts.
5. Service delivery
Timelines depend on the service and on government portals and are estimates, not guarantees. Puhor is not liable for delays or rejections by government departments, or for problems caused by incorrect information or documents supplied by the partner or customer.
6. Acceptable use
The platform must not be used for unlawful purposes, fraudulent documents, or misrepresentation. Misuse leads to immediate blocking and may be reported to authorities.
7. Liability & jurisdiction
Puhor's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction.
